Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga. This course is designed to deepen the understanding of the basics principles of Ayurveda and its relation to yoga practice. Discover who you are. Understand the uniqueness of the individual, what's your body-mind type/dosha balance, what type of yoga is for me? Benefits of knowing your dosha and how can you maintain that balance with the right diet and lifestyle. How to implement those practices which regularize a person's biological clock, improves digestion, and improves sleeping habits and energy.

Who can join this course?

This course is open to all who are interested to maintain or improve health and wellbeing sharing the wisdom of ancient sciences. No previous knowledge of Ayurveda is required.

Yoga practitioners, yoga teachers who want to deepen their knowledge about the Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle that supports their yoga practice and implement the Ayurveda principles in yoga practice revealing more personalized benefits.

Yoga practitioners will receive 16 CEU from Yoga Alliance after completion of the course.

This course is also beneficial for health and wellness coaches, lifestyle coaches, alternative medicine practitioners, and integrative medicine practitioners to incorporate Ayurveda principles into their practice with a customized approach.

The Course will be taught by Dr. (Vaidya) Archana Kulkarni, MD in Ayurveda(India) MPH, E-RYT, and LMT. She has been practicing Ayurveda and yoga for over 19 years. Payment, refund and cancellation policies 

For Fundamentals of Ayurveda and Yoga: 

$50 is a nonrefundable deposit paid at the time of registration. Any refund money percentage will be calculated after the deduction of a $50 nonrefundable deposit. 

For cancellations five or more days prior to the start date of the module, 100 percent of monies paid (less nonrefundable deposit) will be refunded. Less than five days to start date of module 75% percent of the paid program cost (less nonrefundable deposit) will be refunded. No other refunds or credits are available after the start date of the module.
