How dose it work?
Role of panchakarma:
Panchakarma is a “Shodhan” treatment explained in Ayurveda, Shodhan means purification, purification of imbalanced doshas and toxins out of the body and mind. Along with an unhealthy diet and lifestyle, dosha gets imbalanced because of seasonal changes too.Over a period of life, we get exposed to a lot of toxins as well as can create internal toxins because of deranged metabolism. Many of us have a tendency to hold negative emotions, trauma. These mental toxins affect the body’s metabolism. These different toxins are called “Ama” in Ayurveda. These amatoxins have a tendency to block the microchannels of the body. These toxins, along with excessively imbalanced doshas weaken our physical and mental conditions and deteriorate their functions lead to chronic degenerative and nonspecific problems. Ayurveda says if doshas are beyond the level of pacification they should be eliminated from the body. For that purpose, Panchakarma is indicated which irradiates vitiated doshas from their roots and purifies the entire physical and mental system by cleansing the accumulated toxins, resetting digestion and metabolism, and restoring the health, inner peace, and wellbeing.
